B2B framework for production
BuildCrew delivers a tool to receive, structure and notify enquiries – not a guarantee of sales, booking or customer handling without human control. Before paid production, the following is agreed:
1. Client responsibility
The client follows up enquiries in the Lead Inbox, checks important information and makes final decisions toward their own customers.
2. Limitations of content
Content generated by the digital assistant may be incomplete, delayed or wrong. The client checks important enquiries before acting.
3. No guarantee of results
We do not guarantee sales, booking, revenue or specific business results. The service is a support tool.
4. Third-party services
The service may depend on AI/language models, telephony, calendar, email/SMS and hosting. BuildCrew is not liable for errors, downtime or price changes at third parties.
5. Data and processing agreement
Controller role, retention, deletion and sub-processors are clarified before production. A DPA is signed where BuildCrew processes personal data on the client's behalf.
6. Support and changes
Setup includes the agreed package, testing and launch. New flows, integrations or larger changes are priced as additions.
7. Delivery and acceptance
The solution is delivered when the agreed setup is configured, tested and made available. If taken into operational use, it is considered accepted.
8. Limitation of liability
Total liability is limited to the amount the client paid in the last 6 months. BuildCrew is not liable for indirect losses.
This is a minimum setup. The final agreement should be reviewed by a Norwegian lawyer before publication.

Availability and response time
BuildCrew helps improve availability and follow-up speed, but the service does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or a specific response time unless agreed in writing.
