Who do these terms apply to?
These terms apply to all website visitors, people requesting a demo, and current or prospective clients who use BuildCrew platform or consulting services.
What does BuildCrew provide?
AI assistant
An intelligent system that can understand and handle customer requests around the clock.
Google Calendar integration
Direct synchronisation with your schedule to avoid double-bookings.
Automatic reminders
SMS and WhatsApp reminders for upcoming appointments.
Voice AI and handover
In more complex cases, the system can hand the conversation to a human operator.
Demo requests
A demo request is not binding for either party. BuildCrew reserves the right to decline a demo request. Any custom proposal is prepared after a conversation and assessment.
Pricing and payments
All prices may be quoted in NOK or EUR, plus VAT where applicable.

Client responsibilities

The performance of AI models and agent systems depends on configuration, input data, and the availability of external services. BuildCrew does not claim that OpenAI or OpenClaw provide error-free performance or autonomous operation without human oversight.
08 / Availability
We do not guarantee 100% uninterrupted uptime. Maintenance windows and third-party failures may affect system availability.
09 / Third-party services
The BuildCrew solution may use third-party technologies and APIs, including OpenAI models for language processing and OpenClaw for agent workflows. These services may have their own technical, pricing, and data processing terms.
10 / Data protection
Your data privacy is important. Relevant processing should be handled in line with GDPR requirements.

BuildCrew is not liable for losses caused by client-side configuration errors or interruptions in third-party services.
