What is the BuildCrew digital assistant?

Do I have to set up the digital assistant models myself?
No. In the standard setup BuildCrew handles implementation, configuration and maintenance. You mainly contribute information about services, opening hours, prices and calendar access.
Does OpenAI usage cost extra?
It depends on the chosen package and actual usage. For smaller businesses the cost can be moderate, while high call volume, premium models or voice AI may be billed separately based on actual usage.
Can the digital assistant make its own decisions?
No. The digital assistant is built for administrative tasks such as appointment booking and structured customer communication. Complex or unclear matters are passed to you or a person on your team.
Is the solution secure just because it uses OpenAI?
